Becki is a nurse innovator, educator, and entrepreneur recognized nationally for her leadership in value-based care transformation. As Founder and CEO of Synergy 3C – The Clinical Consulting Cooperative – and VBC Platform Lead for Care Transformation Studio, she helps healthcare organizations design sustainable, outcomes-driven care models and business strategy. With over three decades of experience across clinical operations, education, and executive leadership, she is also Co-Creator of Synapti Health and Co-Founder of PrevRev, which streamlines Annual Wellness Visits to enhance population health outcomes.

Previously, he led an independent multispecialty practice as medical director and served in several hospital leadership positions. After departing practice, he worked as an executive with Cigna in various roles, including Regional Medical Executive with Cigna Medicare, value-based agreements lead, and provider relationships lead.

She is an Advance Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner who is board certified both in Family and Gerontological Medicine. She has served in leadership roles in value-based, outcome-focused health care organizations for over 15 years, first as Senior Vice-President of Clinical Operations for INSPIRIS (acquired by United Health Care in 2012) and then as Chief Clinical Officer in PopHealthCare (acquired by Guidewell/Florida Blue in 2017). After leaving PopHealthCare in 2018, Sarah has served as a clinical operations consultant.
